Important Updates regarding our covid-19 Response

Updated: Nov 18, 2020

Note: Below is the message we sent out to our customers on March 16th. With the added news of Colorado being on complete lockdown except for essential businesses, we have confirmed that we are considered essential under Chapter 6 “Definitions and Exemptions”, category c “Essential Infrastructure”, part IV as well as Chapter 6, category c, part VIII of the Mayor’s public health order of March 23, 2020. Therefore we are continuing to operate with our added safety procedures during this time. See below for the rest of our updates regarding Covid-19.

We want to start off this message by wishing you and your family continued health and safety during these unprecedented times. The Mountain View Window & Door team is closely monitoring all the latest information, updates and guidelines from the CDC, state and local officials, as well as our vendors and suppliers. We are committed to providing you with continued support and timely information during this period of uncertainty in our community. Our number one priority is the safety of our team, clients and partners. Beginning March 16th, we asked our sales and operational staff to work from home until further notice. They are well equipped with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools and will be using these tools to stay connected with you and each other throughout this process. We have moved all planned meetings and events in the near future to move to a digital format wherever possible. Our Trusted Advisors are standing by and happy to assist you in setting up virtual meetings. Along these lines, our showrooms are closed to the general public at this time. You can still reach us at our landlines for general information or to book an individual showroom appointment. Denver: 303-649-2217 | Grand Junction: 970-314-2329 We're continuing to receive updates from our suppliers. If we become aware of any shipment or manufacturing delays concerning a specific project, your Trusted Advisor will notify you immediately via email and will work closely with you and our suppliers to minimize lost time.  Our logistics team is still planning to complete all scheduled deliveries and installations, but for added safety will be reaching out to our point of contact for each jobsite to ensure that the delivery is still wanted and there are no known safety issues before arriving. Beyond this, we are continuing with business as usual. We are grateful that we recently made the decision to publish Virtual Experiences of both our Denver and Grand Junction showrooms so you can continue to see, inspect and learn about our products from anywhere in the world. Our hearts go out to all of you who may be experiencing tough times at this moment. We have always valued our close relationships with those we serve and will continue to do everything in our power to keep you informed and your projects safely moving along during this difficult time.  Sincerely, Mountain View Window & Door
